I’ve spent 15+ years in marketing and marketing operations, working with brands from global enterprises to local wellness businesses. I have also built and run my own business so I know every side of using marketing as a real business driver.

In recent years I have worked with businesses who feel like they are spending loads on marketing but not seeing the expected results. This spend might be on marketing technology or campaigns, and often does not deliver.

Now I work closely with CFOs, Finance Directors, CMOs and Marketing Leaders to find where the money is being wasted. And it almost always is: unused, underused or mis-used marketing software, broken tracking, campaigns that flop, or agencies charging big fees without delivering. I will find it, and fix it.

The result? Marketing feels like an investment again. Cashflow is protected, margins improve, and profit grows, without throwing more money at things that don’t work.
